FAQ

- How long will my order take to ship?

We take great pride in our pieces, orders will be mailed within 3-5 business days of purchase. It may be earlier, depending on the shipping you choose.

- What shipping company do you ship orders with?

All of our products are shipped via USPS. First Class Mail or you can upgrade to Priority Mail with delivery confirmation if you want a faster delivery.

Peak times ( HOLIDAYS ) may need extra time to be delivered. Casper's Closet Collection does not take responsibility for shipping times once the package in in the hands of the post office.

Custom fees for international packages are the responsibility of the customer. If your international package is delayed, please contact your post office.

- How do you handle Canadian and International orders?

Canadian and International orders are required by law to list the price you paid for your order as the customs amount as well as the contents of the package. You may be obligated to pay local duties, taxes and/ or customs charges assessed by your local government. We are not responsible for these charges and have no control over them. 

Please remember Casper's Closet Collection takes no responsibility for custom duty fees that may be incurred upon delivery.

- Do you ship express?

Yes we do! At checkout there is an option to upgrade your shipping method.

- Can I track my order?

All packages can be tracked. You will be provided with a tracking number once your order has dispatched.

- Where do you ship from?

We proudly ship from San Diego, California!

- Can I exchange an order?

 Yes, we accept exchanges ONLY for the Dog Attire. Please contact us within 7 days after receiving your item (s).

Step 1: Orders must be made within 7 days of receipt of delivery. Contact us at CaspersCollection@gmail.com with your order number and reason for exchange. We will then provide you with our mailing address.

Step 2: Return your items in the original packaging ( if possible), with the tags still attached. We are unable to accept or exchange items that are not neatly folded, clean, and have dog hairs.

Step 3: Return your items to the address provided. It is recommended that you use a tracking number to ensure your exchange item reaches us. We do not take responsibility for orders that get lost without tracking.

Step 4: Once we receive the exchange item, and it's approve for an exchange. We will contact you by email, asking What size you want to exchange it for?

- You can not exchange the item for another product, it will be the same product you purchased. You are only exchanging the size of the attire. 

- Can I cancel my order?

We don't accept cancellations!
